Local Mbassy — In an overly saturated market, producing good coffee isn’t enough. It is a formula of artistically plated menu items, specialty roasted coffee, brand culture, and ambiance. The objective was to create an embassy for good food and great conversation; and a haven for social media influencers.

Blackwood Pantry — Good times and casual dining with a twist go hand-in-hand at Cronulla’s Blackwood Pantry. When Michelin-trained chef Rob Lechowicz joined forces with Daniel Sorridimi and Paul Pisani, they created Cronulla’s most vibrant destination cafe winning the hearts (and stomachs) of locals and greater Sydney.

Little Bonny’s Rotisserie — A French twist on the classic Aussie chicken shop. The team at Little Bonny’s pay tribute to the former military leader, Napoleon Bonaparte, who had a love-affair for chicken dinners. Lead by executive chef Rob Lechowicz who has honed his skills in France and throughout Europe.

Salon Tulua — The name Tulua is inspired by the Arabic word tul’iya which means to rise, ascend, or soar into being. I was engaged to brand and develop a boutique salon that reflected Michelle’s Mantra, and that is to celebrate beauty from the inside-out.

Chimichuri — Finding inspiration in a world full of crazy – the hospitality industry has gone mad! What if Salvador Dali was still living amongst us? What if he was your local barista or your deconstructed-dish-eating-hipster that we all know and love? What if Chimihuri was the love-child of both? Located in Chatwood, Sydney; Chimichuri boasts its love for anything that’s out of the ordinary.
